I really don't know cos I stop visiting their site since they are fake and scammer. So don't even get tempted with the pictures posted on their site cos you will surely regret doing anything with them.

Please do not buy anything from them, they charge money for substandard overpriced tat, and when U try to get a refund its completely impossible, in fact you have more chance of bumping into lord Lucian than you have of getting your money back from them.

This site is bull$#*!. They are thieves. They never sent my product and then refunded me minus shipping charges. I can't believe they are still on the internet. They need to be investigated as the criminals they are. Freaking Chinese thieves.

There is no customer service centre, I tried on many occasions to contact them and none of my emails were answered only here on site jabber, and I hate to say it but I'm still having problems with them, I hope U will be one of the lucky ones that gets the goods U ordered in good condition,

I stopped buying from this company,, items are either substandard,, won't work or plain BS,, and customer service needs English comprehension subject taught well,, very frustrating,, NEVER AGAIN!

You have to see if it's your fault? Or if it is their responsibility. If the responsibility for them, ask for mandat you correct or refund the money you paid

Don't order from them ever again. Good luck getting it resolved. I found out first hand that they don't fix issues, they do their best to avoid helping you. I went with them to try and save $5 on the same thing I could've bought from Amazon and receive in 2 days. Instead, I lost $15 and 3 1/2 weeks. In the end I never received the product.

If I had to guess, the item you ordered will end up taking at least a month to arrive, and it's entirely possible they give you the wrong thing as well. My experience with Tmart has been VERY poor with shipping time and customer service. They told me my order would take about a month to ship, but I did not receive it until 3 months later. Because I hadn't received it, I figured they were scamming me so I requested a refund. They were unable to figure out how to do that. Their customer service ended up ignoring me for the rest of my messages after that. So I must say I recommend just about anything over Tmart.

The website is authentic. However, be careful about the products that you order from them. They are cheaply made.

Search their site to see if it has anything to do with Tmart. If it has, avoid completely. Tmart is Chinese based company selling fake goods and very poor quality items. Avoid for the safety of yourself and your family.

If this is any way connected with tmart I advise against them. Tmart sent used goods that didn't work. It was difficult to deal with them b/c you had to communicate via a chat session. It took three sessions for them to ship me a replacement earpiece and it was used and nonfunctioning as well. I gave up with them.
